Verite Reily-Collins
Polio Survivors Network are very sad to announce that our beloved trustee, Verite Reily Collins, passed away peacefully at home on 2 July 2025.
We send condolences to family and friends at this difficult time.
Her celebration of life is being held at Dorchester Abbey on Thursday 14 August at 2:00 p.m.

Polio Survivors Network are very sad to announce that our founder and tireless advocate, Hilary Boone, passed away on 15 July 2024.

What You Need To Know About My Condition
Polio Survivors Network with the help of The Neurological Alliance has provided an aid for Polio Survivors who are going into hospital. It is a document which can be filled in to provide medical staff with an overview of your situation and needs.
The most important thing to do is ensure that the form is up to date and to hand if you are admitted to hospital, pop it in your ‘go bag’ just in case. We hope you find it useful and would appreciate any feedback.
